I like the kind of 3D shaped characters and backgrounds which makes it a bit more easy to animate and makes it look alive. Maybe you could improve a bit with the colors and effects and flesh out the outlines.

Some of these are pretty godamn good while there are a few "bad" as in animation, sound and content, but most are good.
